QuestSeeker's Network (QSN) Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuestSeeker's Network ("QSN"), a service operated by
Dream Traveler Studios, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you
do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
QSN is a matchmaking, scheduling, and support platform for tabletop roleplaying
games (TTRPGs). It connects players with Game Masters (GMs) and facilitates campaign
organization and infrastructure. QSN is operated by Dream Traveler Studios. While some TTRPGs and
supplements used on the platform may be published under the QSN Imprint, QSN itself does not act as a
publisher or content producer for user-run games. QSN does not guarantee game availability, outcomes, or
the quality of individual campaigns.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform, or have parental or guardian
consent. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. GMs must provide accurate
payment credentials to participate in any revenue-earning capacity. All prospective GMs must complete a
live interview or onboarding session with a QSN representative before being approved. This is required to
ensure platform alignment and maintain community quality standards.
4. Discord Participation
Active participation in the QSN Discord server is required for full platform access.
This includes receiving matchmaking notifications, GM updates, and player onboarding. All official QSN
campaigns must maintain a designated channel within the QSN Discord for scheduling, moderation, and
support. GMs are permitted to maintain separate community or in-game Discord servers, provided these
are linked from their QSN bio or storefront and do not substitute for the official QSN communication
channel.
5. Payments and Fees
QSN does not directly process or manage payments between GMs and players. All
transactions are handled via integrated third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe). Platform fees, if any, will be
clearly communicated within the applicable GM tier or service agreement.
6. Content and Conduct
Users agree not to engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination,
exploitation, or disruptive behavior. QSN reserves the right to ban users for violations of community
standards. The official Code of Conduct is posted in the QSN Discord and will also be available on the QSN
website. GMs are solely responsible for the conduct and content of their sessions.
7. DM Storefronts
QSN provides GMs with access to personal bio pages and digital storefronts for
promotional and commercial use. QSN does not take a cut of GM storefront sales. GMs may sell products or
services through their storefronts, provided they comply with applicable laws and the QSN Code of Conduct.
Explicit or adult content, including but not limited to regulated paraphernalia, is not permitted.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes
Refunds are governed by each GM's individual policy unless
otherwise overridden by QSN in cases of abuse, fraud, or platform-related errors. Disputes must be
reported within 7 days of the incident via official support channels.
9. Platform Availability
QSN is in an active development phase and may experience outages, delays, or
manual intervention during its beta period. By using the platform, users acknowledge and accept this
limited operational state.
10. Intellectual Property
Users retain rights to the original content they create within their campaigns.
QSN retains rights to its platform, infrastructure, branding, and any proprietary tools or workflows. Any
published RPGs or supplements appearing under the QSN Imprint are property of Dream Traveler Studios.
11. Modifications to Terms
QSN may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes.

Code of Conduct for QuestSeeker’s Network

Overview
The following rules govern all interactions within QuestSeeker’s Network (QSN), including games, forums, the website, voice chat, emails, and direct messages. These apply to all players, DMs, and Dream Traveler Studios staff.
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, bans, or permanent account termination without refund.
Conduct Rules
No harassment or threats.
Harassing, stalking, or threatening players, DMs, or staff is strictly prohibited.
Language boundaries.
Sexually explicit, threatening, or obscene language may only be used if:
It fits the tone of the game
The DM explicitly allows it
It is not targeted at other players in a way that causes discomfort or harm
DMs have full discretion to determine when language crosses the line and may act without prior warning.
No hate speech.
Abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, anti-religious, or otherwise hateful language is prohibited—in or out of character.
“It’s just roleplay” is not an excuse.
No impersonation.
You may not claim to be or act as a Dream Traveler Studios employee unless explicitly authorized.
No illegal activity.
Violating any law while using QSN services will result in immediate action. Dream Traveler Studios may report credible threats or criminal behavior to law enforcement.
Follow staff and DM instructions.
All users are expected to follow reasonable instructions from DMs or staff while using any QSN platform.
No hate-based groups.
You may not create, promote, or be part of any group that espouses racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious discrimination, or hate-based ideologies.
No disruption.
Do not intentionally interfere with sessions, servers, platforms, or players' enjoyment.
No fraud.
Scamming, deceiving, or exploiting others is prohibited.
No spam.
Repetitive messages, flooding, or unwanted promotion are not allowed.
No duplicate posts.
Do not repost the same or similar messages repeatedly to gain attention.
No unauthorized promotion.
Promoting external games, products, or services on QSN platforms without explicit permission is not allowed.
Don’t recruit our community away.
We welcome outside friendships and participation on other platforms.
However, using QSN spaces to persuade DMs or players to leave for competing networks or platforms is unacceptable.
If you're here, respect the community being built — don’t undermine it.
Enforcement
Disciplinary action may be taken immediately, with or without warning.
Warnings are issued at the discretion of DMs or staff.
All incidents are documented. Repeat violations will escalate consequences.
